Why Rockstar is still pushing GTA Online
The timing makes sense. Take-Two’s recent Q1 2026 financial update showed that GTA Online is still doing better than many people expected, helped by updates such as Safehouse in the Hills and the Rockstar Mission Creator. Even with Jason and Lucia getting ready to pull players toward Leonida, Los Santos clearly isn’t being abandoned.
